Booking and payment

How can I book a car?
Booking a car with us is easy! You can reserve a vehicle through our website, mobile app, or by giving us a call. Simply choose your preferred car, set your pick-up and drop-off dates, and provide the necessary information to secure your booking.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking a car?
Yes, we require a deposit to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will vary depending on the type of vehicle and the duration of the rental. This deposit will be refunded when the car is returned in the same condition as it was rented.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Absolutely! You can modify or cancel your reservation by contacting us. Please note that cancellations made within a certain period before pick-up may incur a cancellation fee, depending on our policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. In addition to credit cards, we also accept debit cards, but certain restrictions may apply. Please contact us for specific payment options.

What do I need to rent a car?

What do I need to rent a car?
To rent a car from our company, you will need a valid driver’s license, a credit or debit card for payment, and in some cases, proof of insurance. We may also require a deposit, which will be fully refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle.
What are the age requirements for renting a car?
To rent a car with us, the minimum age requirement is typically 21 years. However, drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Some vehicle categories may have higher age restrictions.
Can I rent a car if I don’t have a credit card?
Yes, we accept debit cards for payment. However, if you choose to use a debit card, you may be required to provide additional documentation, such as proof of a return ticket or undergo a credit check.
What is the fuel policy?
We operate on a full-to-full fuel policy. This means you will receive the car with a full tank of gas, and we ask that you return it full as well. If the car is not returned with a full tank, a refueling fee will apply.

What types of vehicles are available for rent?
We offer a wide variety of vehicles to suit your needs, from compact cars and sedans to SUVs, 7-seaters, and pickup trucks. Whether you’re looking for a car for a city drive or an adventure-ready vehicle, we’ve got you covered.
Can I choose a specific car model?
While we cannot guarantee specific models, you can choose from various categories of vehicles (e.g., compact, SUV, 7-seater). We always do our best to accommodate your preferences, but availability may vary depending on the location and time of your rental.
Do you offer one-way rentals?
We are sorry but for now we do not offer one-way rentals.
What should I do if the vehicle I want is not available?
If the specific vehicle or category you prefer is not available, we will offer a comparable alternative. Our goal is to ensure you have a vehicle that meets your needs and preferences.

During and After the Rental

What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?
In the event of an accident or breakdown, please contact us  immediately. We will provide the necessary support, whether that’s arranging repairs, offering a replacement vehicle, or providing guidance on the next steps.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, if you need to keep the vehicle longer than originally planned, please contact us as soon as possible to extend your rental period. Additional charges may apply, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What is the policy for returning the car late?
If you return the car later than the agreed-upon time, a late fee will apply. We recommend returning the vehicle on time or notifying us in advance if you expect a delay so we can adjust your booking accordingly.
Do I need to clean the car before returning it?
While you are not required to have the vehicle professionally cleaned, we ask that you return it in reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt, spills, or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

Special Services

Do you offer child seats?
Yes, we offer child seats, but the availability may differ. Please let us know in advance for any special requests and we will inform you of availability.
Do your rental cars have automatic transmission?
Most of our vehicles are available with automatic transmission, making driving easy and comfortable. You can check your car transmission on the chosen vehicle’s booking page.
Can I rent a car for someone else?
Yes, you can rent a car for someone else, but the person driving the car must be present at the time of pick-up to provide their driver’s license and sign the rental agreement.
Is there a loyalty program or discounts for frequent renters?
For now we don’t have a loyalty program in place.
